It’s a new year, a time when we resolve to eat better, exercise more, lower our stress, and to manage our vasculitis more carefully/effectively. What are the most important health practices to maintain and how to incorporate them into daily living? What guideposts should be in your road map to wellness? What is an anti-inflammatory diet and should you consider it? What about stress management? How can you increase physical activity while accommodating physical symptoms? What can you do about sleep and fatigue issues?
