UWO Titans Choose Vasculitis for their 2021 Annual Awareness Night

In this video from 2019, Sue and Sam Silbergagel discuss the impact of vasculitis on patients and families, and the need to raise awareness of this rare disease.

The Vasculitis Foundation is honored to once again be designated by the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Titans Women’s Volleyball team for their 2021 Annual Night of Awareness Play for a Cause game.  Each year the teams in the WIAC conference select one of their home games to raise awareness for a particular cause.

The Titans are raising awareness of GPA, a form of vasculitis, in honor of Sue Silbernagel, who was diagnosed with the disease in 2008 and is awaiting a kidney transplant later in October.  Sue loves watching her daughter, Sam, and the Titans compete.
