In this webinar, Mr. Linde Sifuentes, a Worksite Wellness Coordinator with the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota, discusses the concept of wellness: the importance of eating well, being physically active, learning and using relaxation techniques, and developing sleep habits to achieve and maintain good health. He talks about the importance of setting realistic goals and discovering meaning and purpose in your own life when faced with a chronic illness such as vasculitis.

At the Mayo Clinic, he developed and co-leads the Worksite Wellness Champion program, runs wellness messaging campaigns throughout the campus, and regularly presents to work areas to promote employee wellness to Mayo’s 32,000+ employees based in Rochester. Prior to joining the Mayo Clinic team, Linde worked at a health and wellness facility while he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Fitness from Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota.
