Dr. Chung is Director of the Vasculitis Clinic and Associate Professor of Medicine at UCSF. She specializes in autoimmune diseases, particularly systemic vasculitides, a group of rare autoimmune disorders that affect multiple organ systems and involve blood vessel inflammation. In her research, Dr. Chung studies genetic factors associated with the development and progression of vasculitis and other autoimmune diseases.
