Please review the information below carefully because there have been some important changes. Please note!  We have an updated street address and new conference room for the meeting.

Please note:  Access to this building is restricted on weekends.  Please ensure you enter through the Jonathan & Karin Fielding School of Public Health off of the Charles E. Young Drive South entrance. 

NEW Meeting Room: 13-105

PARKING:  The Vasculitis Foundation has arranged for complimentary parking for all attendees in Parking Garage #9.

In order to receive a courtesy parking permit, please go to the parking kiosk (see the information I kiosk at 555 Westwood Plaza. Los Angeles, CA 90095).  Please tell the attendant you are here for the “Vasculitis Foundation” or give the password “VF.”  The attendant will issue you a permit and access card for Parking Garage 9. You may park in any unmarked stall (or disabled persons stall if needed).

Valet Parking is available at the Ronald Reagan Medical Center. Parking is $12 and $8 for disabled parking.  Valet parking expense is the responsibility of the attendee.  If you use valet parking, you will need to walk up a slight hill on Charles E. Young Drive South to the meeting venue, which is on your right.

The Conference

Please look for VF signs and banners to the new room location: 13-105.

Check-in and registration will be from 9:00 a.m. – 9:50 a.m. and we are serving a light continental breakfast.  The conference will begin at 9:50 a.m.

Please dress comfortably.  We strive to keep the meeting room temperature comfortable, but please bring a light jacket or sweater in case the meeting room is cooler than you prefer.
