Advanced Patients and Families Conference!
Saturday, November 14, 2020
TARGET AUDIENCE: Patients MORE than two years from diagnosis, although everyone is welcome!
DESCRIPTION: This conference is for people who have been diagnosed for more than a couple of years. You know about the treatments, you’ve read the research, you may be in remission, nearing remission, or coming out of remission. What’s next? Are you dealing with side effects from the medications? Long-term consequences from a late diagnosis?
This conference will include talks by our medical experts and Q&A sessions. The conference platform will give attendees access to inspiring patient stories and researcher spotlights. The conference will conclude with a selection of Zoom happy hours for networking and socializing.
Please note: You must have access to a computer/tablet/mobile device and the Internet to participate. Instructions for login will be provided prior to the event via email alerts.
RECORDED SESSIONS: The conference presentations will be recorded and after post-production, archived on the conference platform for up to 9 months after the conference.
