Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) The Vasculitis Foundation is a member of the CFC. To designate your CFC donations to support the VF's Awareness, Support and Research Programs, please use CFC #64445.

Matching Gifts Many workplace giving programs allow employees to choose the charities of their choice and the amount they want withheld from each paycheck, and the funds are removed by payroll deduction each pay period and sent to the charity.

Please check with your Human Resources Department to see if your employer offers this option.

United Way If your workplace participates in United Way, you can write in "Vasculitis Foundation" on your United Way contribution form. This is called a donor-designated contribution.
