We are the Seattle-Tacoma Vasculitis Support Group (we have a web site under the name of Vasculitis Northwest.)
 
The territory we cover is mainly Washington State. We have members that have come from Vancouver, Canada, and a couple that comes up from Vancouver, Washington on a regular basis. Most of our members are from about a 30 mile radius.
 
We meet at Seattle Swedish Hospital in downtown Seattle. Our meetings are on the second Saturday of the odd months.
 
The Personality of our group is very uplifting. We share a lot with each other, about doctors, medications, and what has worked good for us in coping with our disease. Most of our members are Wegener's patients, and we also have CSS, MPA, PMR & GCA patients.  We are continually adding different diseases. The age of our members varies from young adult to elderly and most of our members are middle-age adults.We enjoy spending time with each other knowing that for that moment in time someone else can truly relate to us and our struggles! It makes us feel good to share and help someone else who is having a tough time.
