The name of our Chapter is Tampa, Florida Chapter.  We cover a 65 mile radius, which includes areas like Tampa, St. Petersburg, Temple Terrace, Riverview, Brandon, Sun City, Westly Chapel, Clearwater, Largo, Pinellas, Lakeland and Long Key Boat.
 

We are a very friendly, passionate and caring group who are always eager to meet new patients. The group meets at Mission Maranatha Church, 6802 Palm River Road Tampa, Florida 33619.  We are hoping to meet at least three times a year.
 
So far, our speakers have been from the Vasculitis Foundation (patients and staff). Our speakers have included Bob Sahs, Myrna Swart and her daughter, Carol, Dick Burns and his wife, Barbara, and Shannon Morgan, the  VF Chapter Coordinator, has spoken twice.
 
I have found that receiving speakers/visits from the Vasculitis Foundation at our meetings has really inspired the members who attend and has brought us a lot of comfort.  Our members always look forward to hearing from the Vasculitis Foundation.
