REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!

The Vasculitis Foundation and the North Carolina/Raleigh VF Chapter, will host a one-day regional Vasculitis Patient and Family Symposium on Saturday, May 14, 2011 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

The symposium is being held prior to the start of the 2011 International Vasculitis and ANCA Workshop for vasculitis physicians and scientists, which is being hosted by the UNC Kidney Center. This allows the regional patient symposium to include international speakers in the program.

This meeting is being organized as a way to offer educational updates to patients and families between the years of the international Vasculitis Foundation symposia.

Early Registration Fee (through May 6, 2011): $70/person (includes conference materials, breakfast, breaks, lunch, and reception)

Late Registration Fee (after May 6th and onsite): $90 (includes conference materials, breakfast, lunch, breaks and reception) 

Pediatric Patients:  A parent or legal guardian must accompany any patient 15 years or younger to the sessions. No children (except pediatric patients) will be allowed to attend the sessions. Children may attend the meals and reception but must be registered and accompanied by parent or guardian.
