This annual golf tournament is held in Jessica Cooney’s name to help raise funds to establish the first endowed clinical fellowship in Pediatric Rheumatology at Children’s Hospital, Boston. The creation of this fellowship has started and is the first of its kind in the history of American medicine. We will continue to donate to this fellowship to keep it going. We are also donating a portion of the proceeds to the Vasculitis Foundation.

There is a critical shortage of physicians available to treat these vascular diseases. Dr. Sundel sees children from all over the world, and is in great demand. This fellowship would allow Dr. Sundel to do more clinical research work to help find a cure.
