Research Opportunities for Patients

August 14, 2012

Los Angeles:  Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is now enrolling patients in studies focusing in the area of vasculitis. The goal of these studies is to provide new insight into the triggers for these diseases and generate novel ideas for treatment. Eligible participants must be diagnosed with one of the following sub types of vasculitis:  Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) Wegener’s, microscopic polyangiitis, Churg Straus syndrome, Giant cell arteritis and Takayasu’s arteritis.

Participants will be asked to fill out questionnaires about their medical condition and consent to have their medical records reviewed. You may also qualify for concurrent studies that request permission for a single blood collection.

Please contact us if you are interested in participating or have any questions. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us advance our understanding of vasculitis. We look forward to hearing from you.
