  Rituximab for ANCA-Associated Vasculitis (RAVE) StudyEnrollment is Open: Participants Needed Sponsored by The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease and The Immune Tolerance Network A randomized, multicenter trial for patients with severe ANCA-associated vasculitis. Participants will be randomized to either a treatment of cyclophosphamide (CYC) and prednisone or rituximab and prednisone. The primary objective of this trial is to determine the efficacy of rituximab and glucocorticoids in the induction of remission of ANCA-associated vasculitis.
